Elder Goh Ewe Kheng
Elder Goh Ewe Kheng represents the Founders of Tung Ling Bible School which is the Elder Board of Church of Singapore (Marine Parade), together with Pastors of other denominations such as Rev. Canon Dr. James Wong from the Anglican Church, and later Rev. Pang Ek Kwan from the Assemblies of God Church and Dr. Khoo Oon Teik from the Methodist Church to name a few. They are visionaries who saw God’s purposes for the College in South East Asia and beyond.Elder Goh is the Chairman of the College Board.
Elder Goh is married with 6 children, 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grand children. His children are actively involved in the Lord’s work. Elder Goh was recently given an award by the Department of Prison’s in recognition for three generations of voluntary work as Counsellors in the Prisons.
Elder Goh, his son and grandson are ministering in the prisons. Elder Goh has ministered in the prisons for more than 40 years. Elder Goh also serves in more than 20 para-church organization Committees. Of late, he has assumed the role of Advisor to some of them.
Rev Canon Dr. James Wong
Rev Canon Dr James Wong has been in active Christian service for 50 years. He has served on many Christian organizations which include the Scripture Union, Graduates Christian Fellowship, the National Council of Churches, the Evangelical Fellowship of Singapore and the Lausanne Committee on World Evangelization.
He is also the Founder-President of the annual Festival of Praise since 1986. He has planted several churches both in Singapore and Indonesia.
Currently he serves as the Honorary National Director for Crown Financial Ministries and the Crusade for World Revival which was founded by the late Selwyn Hughes.
Pastor Benny Ho
Pastor Benny, currently a pastor with the Faith Community Church in Perth, Australia, has been a pastor and Bible teacher for the past eighteen years. He has a twin ministerial passion in preaching and mentoring. Pastor Benny pioneered the Arrows School of Ministry with a vision of helping local churches establish equipping tracks to enable every member to be a minister. He is married with three children and resides in the beautiful city of Perth, Western Australia.
Rev. Margaret Seaward
Rev. Margaret Seaward is the wife of Rev. Dr Fred Seaward, who is the former Senior Pastor of Elim Church. She is a dynamic Bible teacher and together with her husband, came to Singapore in the 1950’s as missionaries from the United States, under the Assemblies of God church. Rev. Margaret has been a missionary instructor in Biblical Studies for more than thirty years. She and her husband have been involved in the mission field and church planting in Singapore.
Rev. Joel Baker
Rev. Joel is a minister with the Assemblies of God and is pastoring a church in Sunshine Coast, Australia. He previously resided in Jerusalem for ten years, where he studied and graduated with a B.A in Jewish Studies and a Masters Degree in Jewish-Christian Relations. Rev. Joel has served in administration at the International Christian Embassy. He also served as a pastoral staff of the Jerusalem Christian Assembly. Rev. Joel was the Dean of the School of Ministry at Tung Ling Bible School from the period between 1996 and 2001.
Principal – Rev. Tim O’Connell
Rev. Timothy O’Connell is an ordained minister of Zion Fellowship International, based in Waverly New York, and also a consultant pastor at Cornerstone Community Church, Singapore. He has served as a missionary in India for several years and has an extensive understanding and knowledge of the mission field.
Rev Tim is an excellent teacher of the Word and is also the Dean of the School of Leadership. He and his wife, Joanne, are currently based in Singapore.

God has made everything beautiful in His time. I believe in living life to the fullest and was searching for that something which would complete the meaning. My vicar challenged me to the discipleship course held in church, and that convinced me that completeness and fullness of life can only be found in our Lord. I am now in TLBC to learn more about our Lord and to draw closer to Him.

I came to TLBC knowing that my English isn’t good. But I believe God will help me through this and everything else as well because my life in his hands.
