On Orientation Day, Dean gave a word on “The Altar”. Right away, I felt a click in my heart. I felt God was asking me to build an altar for Him.

Learning from anointed teachers has brought me back to the basics and a greater revelation of God’s Word. Further, their honest sharing of their journey and experiences with God has been very encouraging and has certainly ministered “LIFE” to my soul.

The presence of God has also been greatly felt, especially during worship sessions. And it has been heartwarming to have met many of God’s people who are so hungry for Him and whom I can call friends.

I’m truly blessed!

Daniel K Hosea – Indonesia

Coming to TLBC was not an easy matter because there were so many obstacles along the way. But if it is God’s will, nothing can stop it. At first I was afraid because I’m one of the youngest persons in TLBC. But I soon realised that my friends here accept me wholeheartedly and respect me, especially my cell group friends (God bless you guys!). I’m learning so many things that have changed my life’s perspective, including how to discipline myself. It has been an extraordinary experience!

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope” Jeremiah 29:11

I believe that God’s plan for me is perfect and great. To God be the glory!

Ms Wong Kok Yee

Ms Wong Kok Yee is a Chartered Accountant and Tax Consultant by profession . She has been on the Board of Tung Ling Bible School since 1992, and a very keen and active board member involved in many facets of Tung Ling Bible School’s expansion and growth.

Kok Yee also serves as Advisor on a number of Christian Organizations and Community Services.

Pastor Leslie Chua

Pastor Leslie is a professional financial trader, investor and business entrepreneur. His investment and business involvements over the years span diverse fields and industries in Singapore and across various countries. One of his local business concerns is a financial advisory firm which has over 450 financial advisory representatives.

In November 2007, Leslie and his wife, Adeline, sensed a clear call and leading from God to start Rock of Ages Church. They responded in obedience. It has been an exciting new journey of faith for them. Their desire is to be used by God powerfully to build a strong, healthy and growing church committed to advancing the Kingdom of God.

Rev. Dr Eu Hong Seng

Rev. Dr. Eu Hong Seng pioneered and now pastors Full Gospel Tabernacle (FGT) and oversees all the daughter churches in Malaysia and overseas.

He is currently the Chairman of both the National Evangelical Christian Fellowship of Malaysia (NECF) and Tung Ling Seminary, and is also Vice Chairman of the Christian Federation of Malaysia (CFM), the representative body for the Roman Catholics, Council of Churches of Malaysia, and the NECF.

Pastor Lawrence Chua

Pastor Lawrence Chua is the senior pastor of Living Sanctuary Brethren Church. He is also a London-trained lawyer who runs a successful practice in Singapore. Known for his dynamism and vision, Pastor Lawrence strikes you as one with boundless energy and tremendous drive to achieve what he believes God has called him to do.

Pastor Lawrence is happily married to Cindy and they have three children.

Rev. James Lee

Rev. James Lee, Senior Pastor of Bread of Life (Singapore) Church, married to Priscilla Lee with two children. He is the Adjunct Lecturer at Haggai Institute as well as Committee Member of Full Gospel Businessmen Assembly.

Also a Board Member of Institute of Basic Life Principles (IBLP), Rev. James is committed to building godly families based on God’s principles with emphasis on character formation.

When not ministering, he enjoys taking strolls with his wife.

Dean – Ms Ong Guek Ju

Ju Ong is a regular Bible teacher and lecturer from classrooms to conferences. She had taught in many of her church-related missions and pastor’s conferences in Kazakhstan, India, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.

She is also a regular lecturer at the Haggai Institute in Maui and Tung Ling Bible Seminary in Malaysia. She is the Dean of the School of Ministry since 2003.

She is happily married to Philip Ong and together they worship in Hinghwa Methodist Church.

Ms Valarie Phua

Valarie Phua has served as Asst. Administrative and Registrar for 17 years. In addition to administrative duties, she processes student registrations and student pass applications. She is also responsible for the general administration of the School of Ministry.

She is married to Pastor Arthur Phua and is blessed with a daughter, Abigail. Together with her husband, they are burdened for prisoners and their families and have been working with the prison for over 20 years.
