Margaret Seaward</strong> is the wife of Rev. Dr Fred Seaward, who is the former Senior Pastor of Elim Church. She is a dynamic Bible teacher and together with her husband, came to Singapore in the 1950’s as missionaries from the United States, under the Assemblies of God church.  Rev. Margaret has been a missionary instructor in Biblical Studies for more than thirty years. She and her husband have been involved in the mission field and church planting in Singapore.</p>

Joel has served in administration at the International Christian Embassy. He also served as a pastoral staff of the Jerusalem Christian Assembly. Rev. Joel was the Dean of the School of Ministry at Tung Ling Bible School from the period between 1996 and 2001.</p>
