Address by Tung Ling Bible School, Dean, SOM

In the last decades, the call for every member to function as a minister has contributed to an exponential growth within churches. Today, God is raising a generation of apostolic leaders to become multipliers for explosive growth. In the law of explosive growth, Dr John Maxwell, author of New York Times bestseller, “21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership” stated, “To add growth, lead followers; to multiply, lead leaders”.

Tung Ling Bible School has been favored by the Lord to equip “Ministers” in the harvest field. Through the 3 months “School of Ministry”, more than 2,800 people have been trained for the ministry in the last 29 years.

Today, the Lord is using Tung Ling as one of the channels to equip leaders who will become multipliers. Jointly with Cornerstone Community Church, we are launching the “School of Leadership” to equip “Multipliers” for the work of the kingdom.

I sense there is a call to move beyond addition to multiplication of His work. The call has never been clearer. The timing has never been more critical. We need to engage in ministry. We need to engage in multiplication even more.
